Ingenico Desk/5000

The Desk/5000 PIN pad, from Ingenico, is a touchscreen PIN pad with a 3.5” color display and thermal printer. It accepts all transaction types such as EMV/MSR and NFC contactless. This PIN pad can be connected via Serial or Ethernet. The Desk/5000 is only compatible with Datacap’s DC Direct.

The Desk/5000 is available from select distributors today with a version of UPP that is EMV-ready.

Here’s what you’ll need to order:

1. Ingenico Desk/5000 with included cables (PCA30010369T)
2. Debit Key Injection in Slot 0 (Key Provided by processor/loaded by distributor) paired with Ingenico KTK for RKI (Remote Key Injection) support
3. PAN E2E Encryption Key in Slot 4 – Datacap TDES DUKPT Key
4. DC Direct Configuration (available at select distributors)
